Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of CifraPulse. Please read the billing and disclaimer sections carefully — CifraPulse is an information service, not advice.

By creating an account or using CifraPulse, you agree to these terms.
Description of service
CifraPulse aggregates public-contracting records from official sources and presents them sourced and dated, connected into one view. It is an information and intelligence service.
Free accounts
A CifraPulse free account is free and permanent. We do not collect a payment card to open one, and you are never charged for it.
14-day Pro preview
New free accounts include 14 days of full Pro depth at no cost and with no card on file. When the 14 days end, your account remains free and the Pro-only features pause. Nothing you saved is deleted — saved views and watchlists are paused and are restored if you later subscribe to Pro.
Pro subscription
You may subscribe to Pro at any time. Pro is $79 per month or $790 per year. Payment is collected when you subscribe and your first period begins immediately — there is no separate trial charge, because the free preview already gave you full access to evaluate Pro.
Renewal and cancellation
Pro renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price, until you cancel. You may cancel any time from your account page; cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access continues through the end of the period you have already paid for. Paid periods are not pro-rated or refunded on cancellation except where required by law.
Billing changes
We may change Pro pricing or features; changes to your renewal price take effect at your next renewal, and we will notify you in advance.
Payments
Payments are processed by Stripe. Team, and Data are additional paid plans; plan entitlements are enforced server-side. Questions: cifrapulse.com/contact.
Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password confidential.
Acceptable use
Use the service lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape beyond your plan’s limits, or abuse the platform or its API.
Data provided “as is” — not advice
CifraPulse aggregates public records and presents them as facts, sourced and dated. The data is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose.
CifraPulse does NOT provide legal, procurement, investment, credit, underwriting, or financial advice, and nothing on the platform is a recommendation, score, or prediction. You are responsible for your own due diligence and for verifying any figure with the contracting authority or original source before acting on it.
Intellectual property
The platform, brand, and original compilations and resolutions are owned by CifraPulse. The underlying public records remain public.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CifraPulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for decisions made in reliance on the data.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may close your account at any time.
Changes
We may update these terms; the “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
